UNIPACK S2

UNIPACK S2 is an integrated, large-scale automated packaging system designed for variable e-commerce and orders. It connects product and order identification, dimension measurement, on-demand right-sized corrugated box making, robotic loading, sealing, and label printing and application in one continuous packaging flow.

Order Compatibility
The full configuration supports both single-item and multi-item orders; multi-item processing requires the dedicated measurement module and channel.
Operational Advantages
By coordinating previously separate packaging steps, UNIPACK S2 helps reduce manual hand-offs while improving throughput, consistency, and traceability.
Rated Production Capacity
Its confirmed stable production capacity is 400–500 boxes per hour under normal continuous-running conditions.
Output Influencing Factors
Actual output depends on carton size, product specifications, packaging materials, order mode, and site conditions.

Product Advantage

Integrated automated packaging line
UNIPACK S2 brings order identification, dimension measurement, on-demand box making, robotic loading, sealing and labeling into one coordinated flow. This reduces transfers between separate machines and manual stations, helping fulfillment operations simplify control and maintain more consistent packaging quality

On-demand right-sized packaging
The system measures the product or order and makes a corrugated shipping box for the required pack profile from continuous Z-fold board. This approach can reduce reliance on many pre-made carton sizes and helps limit unnecessary void, .Right-sized packaging reduces packaging material costs and shipping expenses by minimizing excess packaging and optimizing parcel dimensions.
1
Single-item and multi-item order handling
The full UNIPACK S2 configuration is designed for both single-item orders and multi-item combinations. Multi-item operation uses the dedicated measurement module and multi-item channel, allowing changing SKU mixes and order structures to enter one automated packaging process.
2
Verified throughput with clear operating conditions
The formal stable production capacity is 400–500 boxes per hour in normal continuous operation. Mechanical speed can reach up to 600 boxes per hour, but actual throughput varies with carton dimensions, product specifications, packaging material, order mode, and site conditions.
3
Robotic loading and reduced manual handling
In the full configuration, robotic loading links box making with carton closing and labeling. Automating these repetitive transfers supports safer, more repeatable handling and allows operators to focus on material replenishment, quality checks, exception recovery, cleaning, and maintenance.
Project-defined data and line integration
PLC and PC coordination, printing functions, and project-defined ERP, WMS, or MES interfaces can connect packaging data with the customer’s order flow. Data fields, responsibility boundaries, upstream and downstream interfaces, and exception logic are confirmed during technical evaluation before order execution.

Product Uses

01
E-commerce and third-party logistics fulfillment
UNIPACK S2 brings order identification, dimension measurement, on-demand box making, robotic loading, sealing and labeling into one coordinated flow. This reduces transfers between separate machines and manual stations, helping fulfillment operations simplify control and maintain more consistent packaging quality
02
Fashion, footwear, and accessories
UNIPACK S2 brings order identification, dimension measurement, on-demand box making, robotic loading, sealing and labeling into one coordinated flow. This reduces transfers between separate machines and manual stations, helping fulfillment operations simplify control and maintain more consistent packaging quality

03
Beauty, personal care, electronics, books, and household goods
Designed for mixed-SKU fulfillment operations that need repeatable secondary shipping packaging. Fragile, liquid, sharp-edged, or unusually shaped products require representative sample testing and may need additional protection or an order-specific handling solution.

04
Pre-packaged food, beverages, and health products
Can automate the outer shipping-carton process for suitable pre-packaged goods. Product stability, leakage risk, weight, carton strength, labeling, cleanliness, and applicable regulatory requirements must be reviewed before the final solution is confirmed.
05
High-value goods after quality inspection
Can serve as an automated shipping-packaging subsystem after products are released from quality control, connecting scanning, measurement, right-sized box making, sealing, labeling, and downstream warehouse or distribution processes.

Product Operate Guide

Only trained personnel should operate or service UNIPACK S2.
01 Before start-up, confirm the approved product recipe, order data, carton material, labels, adhesive, power supply, compressed air, and upstream/downstream readiness.
02 Inspect guards, access doors, emergency stops, sensors, cutters, glue system, printer, robot area, and conveyor path. Do not start the line if a safety device is bypassed or damaged.
03 Load the specified Z-fold corrugated board, labels, and other consumables, then select the validated board width and packaging recipe on the operator interface.
04 Feed or scan the product/order. Confirm that identification and measurement results match the order before automatic production begins.
05 Monitor box making, loading, sealing, labeling, and discharge. Remove finished parcels only from the designated safe area.
06 If an alarm occurs, follow the displayed recovery procedure. Stop the equipment and isolate all energy sources before entering a guarded area or clearing a mechanical jam.
07 At shift end, clean the line, inspect adhesive and cutting components, record alarms and rejects, and complete scheduled maintenance according to the official manual and site safety rules.

UNIPACK S2 — One Automated Packaging Flow

Video description

Watch UNIPACK S2 connect the complete packaging process in one continuous flow. The full-configuration demonstration should show product or order information entering the system, dimension measurement, on-demand right-sized box making, the multi-item channel where applicable, robotic loading, carton sealing, label printing and application, and finished-parcel discharge.

Website asset note

Attach the approved real-machine video file or public video link before website upload. Use verified footage of the actual UNIPACK S2 configuration, identify whether the run is single-item or multi-item, and state the tested carton size, product, packaging material, and operating conditions whenever speed is shown. Do not present edited peak-speed footage as continuous production capacity.
