An Integrated, Large-Scale Automated Packaging Machine
UNIPACK S2 is an integrated, large-scale automated packaging system designed for variable e-commerce and fulfillment orders. 
 
It connects product and order identification, dimension measurement, on-demand right-sized corrugated box making, robotic loading, sealing, and label printing and application in one continuous packaging flow. The full configuration supports both single-item and multi-item orders; multi-item processing requires the dedicated measurement module and channel.

  • 2019 - Project Launch

    Preliminary research began on intelligent flexible packaging technologies, packaging processes and automation architecture. This early work was carried out by our core team through Kunshan Zhiyang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd., the company from which DCT later developed.

  • 2021 - Single-Piece Packaging Prototype

    The first-generation prototype was developed to validate automated right-sized packaging for individual products, including corrugated-board processing, carton forming and automation control logic.

  • 2023 - Multi-Piece S1 Development

    The system was further developed for multi-item orders, introducing additional requirements for product handling, dimension measurement, packaging logic and process coordination.

  • 2025 - Establishment of DCT and Transition to Industrial Development

    As the technology matured, the project moved beyond R&D and product validation toward engineering, commercialization and customer project delivery.
    Wenzhou Dechou Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in 2025, with the same core team continuing the work begun at Kunshan Zhiyang. DCT brought together this accumulated R&D experience with engineering, manufacturing, supply-chain and project-delivery resources to build a more complete platform for intelligent packaging automation.
