Based on average daily order volume, peak order demand, and expected future growth, we determine the required packaging throughput and system capacity.

Before developing the final solution, DCT evaluates the customer’s existing packaging workflow and information systems to accurately identify operational bottlenecks, quantify labor hours and error rates, and determine the requirements for integration with WMS and ERP systems.

 DCT equipment supports integration with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and ERP systems, enabling the automated flow of order data and packaging instructions.

DCT considers available operating space as well as environmental factors such as dust, corrosive conditions, and other site-specific requirements.
Electrical control cabinets and pneumatic control cabinets are designed with dust-resistant construction and effective sealing to support reliable equipment operation under demanding industrial conditions.

DCT provides custom engineering services based on different products, specialized process requirements, and site layouts.
Optional configurations can also be provided for specific operating environments, including enhanced dust protection and corrosion-resistant solutions.

Once the solution is finalized, DCT provides end-to-end support covering installation, commissioning, operator training, and after-sales service to ensure stable and reliable equipment operation in production.
